These terms apply when you use the MuffyPaw app and website. By creating an account or using MuffyPaw, you agree to them.

1. Your account
You need an account for most features. Keep your password private and your details up to date. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, posts, reviews and pet information you add. You give MuffyPaw permission to store and show them so the service can work, including showing public profiles and public posts on this website. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or that you have no right to share.
3. Pet services and bookings
Clinics, groomers and other businesses listed on MuffyPaw are run by independent partners. MuffyPaw reviews listings but does not provide those services, and the agreement for a booking is between you and the business.
4. Marketplace orders
Prices, availability and delivery fees are shown before you pay. An order is confirmed once payment is verified. If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact us so we can put it right.
5. Business partners
Partners must give accurate information and hold the permits their business needs. MuffyPaw may decline, hide or remove a listing that is inaccurate or that breaks these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse MuffyPaw: no spam, no scraping, no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, and no interfering with how the service runs.
7. Health information
Records and reminders in MuffyPaw help you stay organised. They are not veterinary advice. Always ask a licensed veterinarian about your pet's health.
8. Ending an account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.
9. Changes and liability
We may update MuffyPaw and these terms as the service grows, and will post the new terms here. MuffyPaw is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
