Delete account

You can delete your Furbly account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Furbly app and sign in.

2. Go to your profile, then open Settings.

3. on the lower part of the page, Tap Delete account.

4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't open the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address of your Furbly account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and then delete the account.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in details

• Your posts, comments, likes and follows

• Your chats and notifications

• Your delivery addresses

• The photos you uploaded

• The pets you own, with their health records, reminders and appointments

If one of your pets also has another fur parent on Furbly, the pet is handed over to that person instead of being deleted.

What we keep

We keep a record of your past orders for our shop's records, with your personal details removed.

Before you delete

• If you have an order that has not been delivered yet, wait until it arrives or cancel it first. The app will not delete your account while an order is on its way.

• If you manage a business listing on Furbly, tell us if you want the listing removed as well.
